Yes, you are responsible for arranging a toll tag for the vehicle and payment of all tolls and associated fees. You are strongly advised to set up your own toll account before collecting the vehicle. If you do not pay for your own tolls, you will be charged for the tolls, all other charges levied by the toll provider plus a processing fee payable to My Mate's Car for each unpaid toll.

There is a Basic Damage Cover package included in your monthly price. It includes cover against theft or accidental collision damage with a Damage Excess payable. If you want to reduce the Damage Excess on the Vehicle you can choose between the Medium or Premium protection package to reduce the payable amount

Your subscription includes 1,200km per month. If you need more kilometres, you can add additional kilometre packages (each package 500km) during your booking and select up 6 additional packages totalling 3,000km per month. Any kilometres not used within the month cannot be transferred to the following month. Please remember that you can only add additional packages during the booking process.

All you need to pay for is fuel and tolls. Infringements are also the responsibility of the driver.

Yes! It’s a car, without the commitment. No need for pre-approved car loans, car loan refinance or novated lease. Just one weekly, fortnightly or monthly payment and the rest is taken care of, allowing you to get back on the road, in a more flexible and affordable way.

There are no long-term commitments or contracts locking you to the car. You are only charged for as long as you want the vehicle and can return it or swap it when your needs change. There is no need to worry about car financing or refinancing, depreciation or ongoing fees such as vehicle maintenance, servicing, registration, insurance, roadside assistance and warranty.

We do not charge upfront costs such as a membership fee, an establishment fee or an application fee. We pride ourselves on a ''no hidden'' fees subscription model. The weekly amount you see on the agreement is the amount you pay. Your subscription fees will be charged every 15 days and your first payment will be deducted at the time your Subscription booking is confirmed.

Yes, the Damage Liability Charge ranges from $1,000 to $3,000, depending on My Mates Car subscription plan you choose. If the vehicle sustains any damage or is involved in an accident, the Damage Liability Charge is payable for each incident. The Damage Liability Charge may be refundable in full or in part if insurance provider recovers costs from an at fault third party or the total cost of damages is less than the Damage Liability Charge.
